By exploring the realities of our consumers and developing a deep understanding of their needs we were able to create a compelling brand positioning that resonated with authenticity.

 

The project began with a marketing audit to define, refine and develop strategic deliverables to solve internal and external challenges. Market research was conducted to reveal insights and understanding of a complex consumer eco-system – resulting in a powerful brand positioning that inspired not only a corporate identity refresh, but a launch campaign that resonated with people across Africa. The brand relaunch included a full strategic positioning process with marketing campaigns. These included ATL, digital & social media, tactical media placements, promotions and more.

Over the course of 9 months, we were able to plan and implement the brands first comprehensive marketing cycle, resulting in the best year-on-year results by a substantial margin.
